VILLA PALANE has an outdoor area featuring a sitting area, an outdoor kitchen and a large table for hosting lovely summer dinners and enjoying an aperitif in the golden light of the sunset.

Upon entering the villa, guests are immediately captivated by the living area, where the fireplace and open-plan kitchen welcome them and make them feel right at home.

Through an original stone archway, recovered from the ancient structure, you enter the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is a double and is characterised by soft fabrics and colours reminiscent of the ancient Salento courtyard houses. The second bedroom can be a double or set up with two single beds and is characterised by a splendid Salento light fixture that makes it unique and special.

The bathrooms have windows and are equipped with large showers, and each room has direct access to the garden.

The VILLA is equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, guest bathroom in the living area, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, hot and cold air conditioning in every room, hairdryer, courtesy kit, TV, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair for children, pet-friendly amenities for your pets, and private fenced and shaded parking

The materials used for the linen and fabrics come from renowned local weavers, and slippers and beach towels are also provided.

You can stay at VILLA PALANE on a B&B basis, enjoying breakfast at the Masseria and daily cleaning, or on a self-catering basis without breakfast and with initial and final cleaning. Both options include access to all the services provided at the farmhouse.
